EXPERIENCED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE

Hey, I’m Sadie Finch, a virtual assistant based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. I help busy business owners by relieving admin pressure, so you get more time, headspace, and energy to grow your business and live the life you want – instead of being buried in tasks you hate.

Yes, I’m a Virtual Assistant… but I’m not just a VA

I’m a virtual assistant in Cambridgeshire – but that’s only the starting point. In reality, my support goes way beyond “admin tasks”... I’m also a trusted partner you can lean on to keep your business moving.

Using my (almost) 25 years of experience supporting busy executives and business owners, I’ve adapted my service to focus on what YOU need, including:

  • Collaborative, honest conversations

I’ll become your sounding board to give insight, encouragement, and even push back on ideas when you need it.

  • Creating a sense of calm and order

I’ll get you organised with effective systems, so you’re in control of the day-to-day business operations.

  • Giving you more time and headspace

I’ll give you more freedom to focus on what’s important to you – whether that’s business development or a better work/life balance.

  • Knowing what you need before you do

I’ll get to know you, anticipating your needs and getting things done you’ve not even thought about yet…

  • Polishing your business processes

I’ll help you run things smoothly, looking more professional and slick to clients, so your reputation goes through the roof.

More about my ongoing support services

Nine years ago, a late-night Google changed my life

So, how did I begin offering VA services in Cambridgeshire?

Picture this: Two babies under two. A full-time career that no longer fit the life I wanted to live. The itch to stretch my brain and do something for me

Not knowing exactly what I was looking for, I searched for “work from home jobs” one night, desperate for some inspiration… and I discovered the world of virtual assistant services. This changed everything.

I didn’t have a grand plan. I just knew I wanted to use my brain, support good people, and build a life that didn’t burn me out. So, I asked for a VA business course for my birthday.

Then I took my 15 years of PA experience, a good instinct for people, and a talent for making sense of chaos to start small. One client turned into two. Two turned into fifty.

I never thought I’d end up running my own business. But here we are, almost a decade later… absolutely loving helping other business owners reclaim their time, clarity, and confidence.

Help me, please!

Virtual admin support for small business owners

I offer a range of service levels to suit your business. Choose which one sounds most like you:

“Sadie’s really good at jumping into my head, pulling it out, and making it reality.

She’s an integral part of my business and has always helped me leap ahead.

    Sadie’s a real partner – and I couldn’t be without her.”

“Sadie took me from being disorganised and spending a day and a half a week on admin to getting loads of time back so I could grow my business.

She’s my right-hand woman – looks after the business admin, kicks me up the bum, and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

She’s worth her weight in gold. She’s been with me nine years, and that probably says it all.”

A peek behind the curtain of my life

If you want to know a little bit more about me, here goes.

  • I’m a self-confessed introvert.

I’ve always been shy, and I find talking about myself uncomfortable. But it’s important to show my children you can achieve amazing things without being loud, so I regularly push myself out of my comfort zone.

  • I’m obsessed with musicals and trashy TV.

You’ve been warned – I LOVE cheesy shows and feel-good films. A few of my favourites include Grease, Grey’s Anatomy, Friends, Selling Sunset, and Pitch Perfect.

  • I’m here for the wholesome, ‘ordinary’ stuff.

Walks on the beach with the dog, hanging out with family, and pub lunches. Making memories and spending quality time with my people brings me so much joy.

My values – in life and business

No matter what I do, it’s important to be treated, and treat others, as respected humans. I look for clients with a shared appreciation of:

  • Trust

I want the best for you. When we trust each other, that’s where the magic happens.

  • Collaboration

I’m here to support YOUR business, so you need a collaborative mindset.

  • Honesty

Seeing the full picture – good and bad – means I can help you the most.

Jennifer - a client of Sadie's who she provides virtual admin support too from her home in Ely, Cambridge

‘At first, I was nervous because it felt like such a big commitment, but Sadie was really open and reassuring. She said, ‘We’ll just try it for a few hours a month – no pressure.’

She sorted out my inbox, set up templates, created info packs I could send out to new enquiries – it just made everything feel lighter straight away. She’s really good at pulling out things I hadn’t even thought to delegate.

It’s so nice having someone else involved in the business to bounce ideas off. She does a better job than I would, in a fraction of the time.

It’s been such a game changer – I’ve got so much more breathing space and feel so much more relaxed now. It’s helped my creativity massively.”
