We start with a review of your business. What you’re currently doing, and where you want to get to… from this, I can create a package that suits you. We start off small, focusing on the most important tasks. Once we’re in a rhythm, we can adjust the VA support if needed.

I can use any online system you use. I’ve used a range of CRMs, email marketing, website platforms, project management tools, bookkeeping software, and more.

The best way to start is by just starting! We can work on a small task or area of support, then build up from there once you’re comfortable.

It’s usually a learning curve, and can take 2-3 months to really get into the swing of things. But after I’ve asked enough questions to understand your processes and styles, I can start being super proactive. By this point, you don’t have to explain things – I’ll just do it! The short-term time spent is well worth the amount of time you’ll gain later on.

Yes, I don’t offer personal admin support (paying your bills or sorting household issues out), and I don’t work on social media (both scheduling and writing). For those tasks, you’re better off with someone else!
