Consider It Done
Focused project support for when you just need that one thing sorted… properly, once, by someone who knows what they're doing.
Maybe it's a system that's been on the list for months. A process that only works because you're the one holding it together. A tool that was set up in a hurry and has been causing friction ever since.
It's not that you can't fix it. It's that you haven't had the focused time and headspace to do it properly and every week it stays broken, it costs you something.
That's where Consider It Done comes in.

What This Actually Is
Every project starts with a focused conversation to work out exactly what's going on, what the right fix looks like, and the quickest route to getting there.
From there, I'll propose the best way to tackle it - usually a focused half-day or full-day session to get the work done and finished, with no loose ends. You walk away with something that works. Documented, set up, and ready to use.
For certain projects I work alongside Sarah, a fellow experienced virtual assistant based in Cambridgeshire. Between us we bring over 48 years of combined PA and operations experience and working together means we can cover more ground in a focused session. Where a project would benefit from both of us, I'll say so.
What it looks like in practice.
SYSTEM SET UP AND STREAMLINING
CRMs, project tools, booking systems, set up properly so they work for the way you operate.
PROCESS MAPPING AND DOCUMENTATION
Turning how you do things into clear step-by-step guidelines, ideal for onboarding, handovers, or simply having a record that doesn't live in your head.
TEMPLATE AND DOCUMENT CREATION
Proposals, contracts, client guides, onboarding packs, branded and ready to use
TECH CLEAN UP AND CONSOLIDATION
Decluttering tools, organising files, simplifying your digital setup so everything is tidy and intuitive.
OPERATIONAL PROJECT SUPPORT
If something specific is getting in the way of your business running smoothly and it doesn't fit neatly above, it's probably still worth a conversation.
Who This Is For
Consider It Done is a good fit if:
Something specific has been on your list too long and keeps getting pushed
You're going through a period of change: a launch, a hire, a new system, and need a focused burst of operational work
You want it done properly, once, without having to manage it yourself
This isn't the right fit if:
You need ongoing support rather than a defined project - take a look at In Your Corner instead
You're not yet sure what the problem is
Your Questions, Answered
-
Pricing depends on the scope and whether the project involves one or both of us. We'll agree everything clearly in the proposal following the Clarity Call — no surprises.
-
Usually within a week or two of the initial call, depending on availability. If you have a deadline in mind, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate it.
-
If scope expands during the work, I'll flag it before proceeding. You'll never be charged for work we haven't agreed.
-
Not constantly — but it helps to be reachable for questions, particularly at the start. Most clients dip in and out rather than being hands-on throughout.
-
Yes — some clients start with a project and move into In Your Corner once they've seen how the working relationship feels. There's no pressure to do that, but the option is always there.
